Excelsior Partners, LLC was formed in 2007 by GCPS high school booster organization parents, successful professionals, who recognized the lack of readily available, reliable resources as they went through their own experiences in organizing and managing booster organizations.  Drawing on their own education and experience in accounting, taxation, financial management, operations management, law, working with young people and educational staff, serving as advisors to the local school system, and relationships with professionals in areas such as tax-exempt legal issues, the principals were successful in organizing and managing their booster clubs.
